Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days — free over $50
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping We ship international. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at justlukeyy11@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
